ConcealBrowse offers the ability to enable Content Blocking for 89 categories. If this feature is not currently available for you, you can request this by contacting support@conceal.io
Procedure
Reviewing Feedback Submissions
- Open your web browser and navigate to the Conceal Dashboard at https://dashboard.conceal.io - login if necessary.
- On the left-hand side go select Policy -> Content Blocking.
- Using the toolbar above the graph you can:
- Select how many items per page you want to see
- Search Content Categories
- Sort categories
- Select the # on the right to see categories by group
- Click Test URL to enter a URL and find out what categories it belongs to. The URL must start with http:// or https://. Click Test and this will show the categories.
- There are 5 columns on the Content Blocking table:
- Category - The category name and description
- Group - The group the category belongs to
- Update At - The time and date the category was last changed.
- Allowed - When the toggle is pointed at the X and filled white, the category is blocked and sites within that category cannot be accessed. When the toggle is pointed at the checkmark and filled blue, the category is allowed and sites within that category can be accessed.
*Never hesitate to contact your Customer Success Manager for any questions or concerns. You may also open a support ticket at support.conceal.io by scrolling to the bottom and clicking Submit a request.
