Deploy the ConcealBrowse extension to multiple browsers on Windows 10+ endpoints seamlessly with NinjaOne RMM.

NinjaOne RMM Steps
Download the customized MSI for your organization
- Log in to https://dashboard.conceal.io
- (Optional for multi-tenants) Choose a specific tenant
- At the top right, click DOWNLOAD EXTENSION
- Click Windows 64 bit to download
- Verify the text on the button states "This installer is customized for your tenant"
Create an Install Automation with the ConcealBrowse customized MSI

Log into the NinjaOne console

Administration > Library > Automation

Click +Add, then choose Installation

Name: <Organization Name> Install ConcealBrowse Win64
-
Ex: Conceal Install ConcealBrowse Win64
-

Description: Optional, we recommend your name, date, and linking to this article
-
Operating System: Windows
-
Architecture: 64-bit
-
Installer: Click choose installer file, then Upload the Customized MSI you downloaded earlier
-
Categories: Uncategorized, or as you wish
-
Run As: System
-
Parameters: leave blank ( /quiet /qn /norestart are added automatically )
-
Click Submit
-
Verify MFA and Continue
-
Wait for the Malware scan to complete
-
Install to one or more test devices manually
This populates ConcealBrowse in the Software Inventory which is necessary for scaling up
- Navigate to a given device
- Click ▶ > Run Automation > Install Application
- Find <Organization Name> Install ConcealBrowse Win64 and click on it
- Confirm Run As is System, click Run
- Monitor installation progress in the Activities section, verify installation was successful
- You may wish to pause here to evaluate the functionality of ConcealBrowse
Create a filter appropriate for your deployment
- Click Devices
- Choose these filters
- Organization: <Organization Name> that the uploaded MSI is for
- Type: Windows Laptop and Windows Desktop
- Architecture: 64-bit
- Click Additional Filters +
- Software Inventory: Within the last 1 Days, Does not contain All
- Click Add, check ConcealBrowse, click Add, click Close
- Verify that appropriate devices appear in the filter/group
- Next to the Devices heading, Click Save
- Name: <Organization Name> Win64 Workstations without ConcealBrowse
- Click Save
Create Scheduled Task to Run the Install Automation on the custom Filter/Group
- Click Administration > Tasks > New Task
- Name: <Organization Name> ConcealBrowse Win64 (Length limited)
- Check Allow Groups
- Schedule Repeats:
- Weekly
- On Days MTWTF
- Recur every 1 week
- Start At: <choose time>
- Ends: Never
- Click Add on the top right side of the screen
- Search for <Organization Name> Install ConcealBrowse Win64, then click on it
- Verify Run As is System, click Apply
- Click on the Targets Tab on the left
- Click Add
- Change the dropdown to Group
- Select the group <Organization Name> Win64 Workstations without ConcealBrowse
- Click Apply
- Click Save
- When prompted, enter your MFA, wait for Saving... to finish, and close
Monitor Run Status
- At the time specified in the Scheduled Task, visit Devices
- Click Toggle Activities
- Look for the Action: Completed for Run <Organization Name> Install ConcealBrowse Win64
- Click more
- Review results
- Also you may check the Software Inventory and Activities for a given device
