Description

ConcealBrowse allows for an end user to submit feedback requests for administrator(s) to allow or block certain sites. This guide will walk you through submitting feedback to your administrator. 

Procedure

Create a request

Method 1:

1. When coming across a page in isolation, the pre-isolation page presents a Submit Feedback button.
   - Allow -  You no longer want Conceal to isolate the site
   - Block - You want the site to be blocked completely
   - Advanced - Optional to provide additional information on the feedback requests. See more below
   - View Requests - View the status of all feedback submitted.
   

Method 2:

1. Click on the Conceal icon in your browser to open up the extension interface.
2. Click This Site tab on the bottom bar and this will present a Submit Feedback option. Choose to Allow, Block, Advanced, or View Requests.
   

Method 3

1. Click the Conceal icon to open up the extension interface. Click any of the graphs to get into the extension app.
2. Click the Feedback section on the left. You can view all feedback submissions and statuses here. To enter feedback from here click the + Create button
   

Advanced Feedback Submission

1. When going to Advanced, fields consist of:
   - URL - Choose from recently cached requests or enter manually
   - Full URL
   - Proposed action - Block this website or Allow this Website
   - Priority
   - Threats
   - Brands
   - Additional Feedback
   
2. Scroll down to the bottom and as long as you see "Ready to Submit" on the left, you can hit Submit. If you see "Not ready to submit", please go back and fill out one of the required fields
   

View your request(s)

1. You can view any submitted requests on the Requests tab on the left hand menu. You can edit or delete these requests on the far right. If your administrator removes the requests on their end, it will be removed here as well.
