Description

Deploy the ConcealBrowse extension to Google Chrome on most endpoints seamlessly with Chrome Browser Cloud Management and integrate it with JumpCloud.

This process results in automatic device registration to the conceal.io platform.

Procedure

1. Open your ConcealBrowse dashboard (https://dashboard.conceal.io) and navigate to the tab labelled Devices on the left side menu.
   
2. On the Devices page, click Register New Device in the upper right hand corner.
3. Once you click on Register a New Device, you will see two variables generated for the Company ID and Site ID. These will be used when configuring the extension.

    Chrome Browser Cloud Management Steps

1. First you must enroll your endpoints into Chrome Browser Cloud Management (CBCM) using JumpCloud as detailed in this article: https://community.jumpcloud.com/t5/jumpcloud-product-news/managing-chrome-browser-extensions-using-jumpcloud-s-browser/m-p/2245
2. Once that is complete you may add ConcealBrowse to CBCM with the following steps
3. Log into https://admin.google.com
4. Click Menu > Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions > Users & browsers
5. At the bottom right, Hover over the yellow + button, then choose the 2nd option Add chrome app or extension by ID
6. Extension ID: jmdpihfpelphmllgmamebdbelmobjfpg
7. Click Save
8. ConcealBrowse will now appear in the App list and its properties will be opened automatically
9. Installation policy: Force install + pin to browser toolbar
10. Policy for extensions:
    1. Use the following template, replace the CompanyID and SiteID with your unique values retrieved earlier.

11. At the top right, Click Save
