Question:
What is the Top Isolated Entities report?
Answer:
This report shows a list of devices/users that have gone into isolation and how many times. Isolation is when the URL is considered potentially malicious or harmful by ConcealBrowse's decision engine.
To access the report:
- Login to the dashboard at https://dashboard.conceal.io/
- Click Reports on the left -> locate the Top Isolated Entities report
- You can filter this by Device or User
On this report you will see two columns:
- Device/User: The device info or email address that is registered and logged into the ConcealBrowse extension, and was used to access the URL that went into isolation.
-
Count: The number of times that the device/user went into isolation
You can also search this report by URL, sort from most to least and vice versa, filter by time and date, and export via .csv. All of this can be done by using the toolbar at the of the report.
