Solution

  1. Open the web browser where you have the ConcealBrowse extension downloaded.
  2. Navigate to manage your extensions.
          For Google Chrome - chrome://extensions
          For Microsoft Edge - edge://extensions
  3. Verify that the ConcealBrowse browser extension is present on turned on. If so, please proceed to Step 4. Otherwise, please refer to How to manually install the ConcealBrowse extension

  4. Ensure the ConcealBrowse extension is logged in by verifying the Conceal icon is blue. A greyed out Conceal icon indicates that the extension is not authenticating within the aligned ConcealBrowse instance.
If you are logged in, please proceed to Step 5. Otherwise, please refer to these articles for login instructions:
How to login to the ConcealBrowse extension - (Non SSO)
How to login to the ConcealBrowse extension using SSO
  5. Please reach out to Conceal support for a site that you can test isolation with. While still in your browser, navigate to the site provided. You should see a screen from Conceal letting you know that we have determined this site risky, and give you options to continue into isolation or to return to your previous page.
  6. If this test did not put you into isolation - please report this to Customer Success by following directions at the bottom of this article.

If your desired site is not going to isolation as it previously was, ConcealBrowse is no longer seeing this as a potentially malicious or harmful site.
